Partner Network — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the MSI Technician Partner Network ("Partner Network"), operated by MSI Technician ("MSI Technician", "we", "us"). By creating a partner account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Partner Network is open to individuals and businesses ("Partner", "you") that refer customers to MSI Technician's home and commercial maintenance services. MSI Technician reviews and approves every application before an account becomes active; MSI Technician may decline or suspend an application at its discretion.

2. How Referrals Work

  1. Each approved Partner receives a unique referral link and QR code.
  2. A referral is attributed to a Partner when a customer contacts MSI Technician through that Partner's link, code, or another method MSI Technician can verify as originating from that Partner.
  3. Sharing a referral link or a customer clicking it does not by itself generate commission — commission is only calculated once a referred job is completed and approved.
  4. One customer may generate multiple separate commission-eligible jobs over time (for example, plumbing followed later by electrical work), each attributed to the original referring Partner in line with MSI Technician's internal attribution rules.

3. Commission

  1. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the completed job's value, at the rate in effect at the time the referral is approved.
  2. Commission becomes visible in the Partner's dashboard once MSI Technician has reviewed and approved the completed job.
  3. MSI Technician may adjust, reverse, or withhold a commission where a job is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or found to violate these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

  1. Approved commission balances may be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the Partner dashboard.
  2. Withdrawals are processed manually by MSI Technician and paid to the payment details the Partner has provided and verified.
  3. It is the Partner's responsibility to keep payment details accurate and up to date.

5. Partner Conduct

Partners agree not to: misrepresent MSI Technician's services or pricing to customers; make false claims to inflate referral eligibility; harass or spam potential customers; or attempt to interfere with the referral, commission, or withdrawal systems. MSI Technician may suspend or terminate any account found in breach of this section.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information a Partner receives through the Partner Network — including customer details, commission structures, or internal tools — must be kept confidential and used only for legitimate referral activity.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

MSI Technician may suspend or terminate a Partner account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Partner Network. A Partner may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting MSI Technician; any commission already approved prior to closure remains payable under these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

MSI Technician may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Partner Network after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
